Whole Family Program

The Whole Family is a 2Gen program that is based on family centered coaching. The program is driven by the hopes and dreams of the entire family and embodies our core values in action! Strong families are essential to the well-being of children, adults, and the community. Whole Family provides adults and children with the tools they need to set goals together, create plans, and to achieve those goals. My job as the Family Navigator Case Manager is to work with families to set those goals by way of coaching and providing them with the tools necessary to accomplish those goals, to help them overcome barriers that prevent them from excelling in life, and to be able to implement a plan that focuses on self-sufficiency in aspects of education, financial stability, health, and relationship building.
